Everything was so nice. The hot chocolate which was available in the room was so good. The room was spacious, well-designed, clean and perfect. The location is also easy to find. Also, the hotel is located in the mall, it is so nice to go shopping or to restaurants. The breakfast was extremely good. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Hotel was prepared for my stay. I was offered the quiet room. The breakfast service was great, especially “meat balls”. Warm floor in the bathroom was also something to remember. Small fridge in the room was a nice, positive surprise. despite high price, I do hope to come back soon.

I would like to point out that the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with a tap leak in the bathroom, but that was solved in a professional manner and very quickly.
